By the comments from my last post I see that all the buffoons have now become desperados, I love it.
Being the Vice Chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board makes Mr. David Remaley an Appointed Borough Official. Mr. Remaley should state if he is speaking as a Borough Official. He should also state if he is privy to Borough financial reports, records and documents because he states in his comment, “You want US to use facts from borough records and comments. As soon as WE do that, you say they are false.” By stating US and WE it can be assumed that he is speaking for the borough as a Borough Official and I do not think it is ethical for a Borough Official to mention my heritage and mention my ancestry.
I also notice in the 6 comments from the “Desperate Buffoons” that there are no facts, figures or references from borough documents or reports. In fact some cowards also keep sending the same meaningless comments. I am encouraged by your rapid and meaningless responses and I will continue to point out the faults of the Borough Council, the Mayor, the Borough Solicitor, the Borough Auditor and appointed Borough Officials and Appointed Borough Employees.
I am just writing abut 2 topics because I see by your comments that when I write about more than 2 topics you all become very confused.

You are evading the questions asked of you, again?
* Print your proof.
* Prove you are who you say you are.
* Answer the publics questions asked.
* Respond to the claim that the Borough has provided others with information when asked.
* Explain why you did not use the Boroughs website to download the Financial information you claim you cannot get.
* What are your qualifications that make you an authority on Government practices?
Why are you, Mr. Gennaro evading the questions and avoiding proving what you say?
Have you ever heard the term "narcistic"?
It would not surprise me to hear that you have been told this, professionally, more than once.

I took it upon myself and called the Borough and spoke to the Finance Director Russ. I asked how I could get a copy of the Budget, he told me to come in and ask at the front counter, he said I could review it there and if I wanted a printed copy or copies of certain pages I could request them, I would have to pay a copy charge for each page. I asked if the 2007 Audit is available and he said the Auditors are finalizing it and it should be available at the end of July.
Russ also told me that I could go to the Boroughs website and view or download the 2004, 2005, 2006 Audited Financial Reports and the 2008 Budget detail report which is also available.

I don't know about you but something here sure does not make sense. The Marino Report has claimed over and over again that "The Borough is hiding information", "They won't give me a copy of the Budget".
All I did was call and I was told what to do. There is one claim that may be correct, The Borough will not give you a copy. You must pay for it if you want to take it with you. If you download it yourself then it is free.
The Marino Report also claims the Borough does not have an Auditor, well the Finance Director told me the Auditor is finalizing the 2007 Audit. So the Borough in fact has an Auditor. Another false claim by The Marino Report.
At this time, everyone should be asking themselves what is the real purpose of Mr. Marino and his constant badgering and dissemination of false information and claims?
I took the time to check out these claims by The Marino Report and I am disgusted in the negativity and constant bad mouthing of our town and elected community leaders. The Marino Report is making this community look like a bunch of country hicks and to slant a quote a former councilman “a most un-agreeable community”.

It does appear you enjoy instigating but have no answers and you fail to refute statements challenging and answering questions posed to you. Looks like some individuals are answering your questions and providing information to support their response.
I am very confused by your motivation. If you believe in what you are writing, then why are you not showing any backbone to answer your critics and challenge their responses?
Can it be their answers are factual and supported by written documents and fact while your statements are lies and a distortion of the facts?
Copy-Cat continues to paste the same response to each of your listings. You have not answered why this individual was successful in her effort to get information from the Borough and you claim you cannot and no one else can get this information.
Tell me, why you do not respond?

Due to the actions of FORMER MAYOR MARINO the insurance company of the Borough raised the annual premium, doubling the prior years cost. The Borough's insurance rating skyrocketed forcing the Borough to find multiple underwriters.

From The Marino Report - "no mention of the fact that HU loses about $1 million a year"
The finances of the telecommunications system is reported in the monthly financial report. There is no accounting loss of $1million dollars reported, this month, this year, or last year. (Nearly impossible to hide)
It is nearly impossible for an entity, especially a small Government entity, to lose $1 million dollars per year without someone of a higher authority taking notice.
The statement made by The Marino Report again uses the word "about". This clearly indicates that Mr Marino and The Marino Report has once again embarked on a "fishing" expedition for information.
Here is my challenge to Mr Marino and The Marino Report, PRINT YOUR PROOF. PUBLISH THE DOUCMENTS SHOWING A $1million DOLLAR LOSE PER YEAR.
The Marino Report is again in error regarding the 6/17 Minutes. The statements by Marino are exaggerations and twisting of statements.
Mr Marino, why don't you ask Service Electric, Verizon, Comcast, or any other entity to provide you with their customer numbers? HU operates in a competitive world and that world protects its client, The People of The Borough of Kutztown. Providing this information could damage and hinder the business. Common Sense. I know that is not something you are capable of understanding.
You were asked in a previous comment why you have not acknowledged HU and its success in negotiating a deal to serve the APEX complex. I am curious as well, why no acknowledgement?
You were also asked why you do not attend committee or council meetings to ask your questions in a Public Forum, why not?
The answer to the above questions is simple, the physical proof presented to answer your false claims would put you to shame. For now, you keep your distance by writing false information thinking no one will dispute your claims. GUESS AGAIN!
I am the anti-marino reporter and I promise the People of Kutztown that I will make phone calls, gather physical evidence either supporting or disputing The Marino Report. Right now, the information presented on this Blog this past year has been inaccurate and without fact.

Mr Marino and The Marino did get this one right, at least partially.
Mr Remaley serves as a board member as mentioned BUT Mr Remaley is also a U.S. Citizen and resident of the Borough of Kutztown and has every right to voice his opinion.
Mr Remaley has not, and I repeat, has not impersonated anyone such as claiming to be The Mayer when in fact he is not. As compared to Mr Marino who continues to impersonate himself as "The Mayor" in his email coorespondance and written letters to State and Federal Officials.
If Mr. Remaley so chooses to voice his opinion and sign his name "without title or claim of office", Mr Remaley as a U.S. citizen has the right to voice his opinion and ask whatever questions he feels are relevant. The same holds true for any U.S. Citizen.
The reason you can only write about two topics is easy, you are a confused, dimented individual.
NARCISSTIC is the definition. I see you walking mainstreet and interupting people and yelling at those that critize you and even those that walk away from you. I cross the street because I can't stand the see you dirtying our street with your accusations.
You state the responses are not provding answers. I beg to differ, the responses are pointing out where to go for answers and some provide detailed answers. MORE THAN YOU PROVIDE.
The questions you pose are being answered and you have NO RESPONSE to the answers because you can not argue against FACTS.
Your name calling and derogatory response to those providing insight will not deter the citizens of Kutztown from protecting their home. You are a transplant causing trouble and this town does not appreciate your continued disgrace of our home.

To the guy who just don`t get it! Yes, i have been a appointed borough official since 1991, no, i do not speak for or on behalf of the borough, and you know that. I speak on behalf of myself only, and for all of the other "buffoons" as you like to call anyone else who dis-agrees with you. Just show us documentation as to who you really are. You boast of many glorious achievements, and have proof of none. Asked again, will you attend the next council meeting and take notes with me, or will you excuse yourself for illness? As you did the time you left a heated council meeting when you were mayor proclaiming you were feeling ill. You left the building and immediately proceeded to Sal`s for a pizza to soothe your stomach. You are a coward and a phony! Once again ... PUT UP OR SHUT UP! Dave Remaley
