Why ask about me on marinoreport.com ?
Why are all the faceless, nameless and gutless buffoons who comment on this website ask and comment about me? The purpose of this website is to furnish visitors with news about Kutztown. Why ask questions about me? I do not make policy, raise taxes, raise utility rates, lie about Hometown Utilicom, borrow money, increase the annual budget to $19.1 million. I did not increase the total debt (internal and external) to about $29.3 Million. All questions should be directed at the elected Borough Officials.
The news about Kutztown is that the budget is falsified, reports are fraudulent and there are no financial reports available at the Borough Hall for the taxpayers to review. I have also written many charges and accusations about illegal activities of Borough Elected and Appointed officials and have never received any replies.
Some additional questions you can ask the Borough Officials:
1) Where is the $1.3 million loan for HU?
2) Where is the Business Plan for HU?
3) Why can’t Jaymes Vettraino’s New World Systems consolidate the utility bills and do the payroll?
4) Where is the Automatic Meter Reading program?
5) Where is the Wireless Internet program?
6) Why hasn’t the Borough had an internal audit for at least the last 14 years?

Because in your own blog there is a section entitled "ABOUT ME", where you boast of your personal achievements, You expect everyone to accept YOUR word, but there is nothing but YOUR word to back it up. In light of the disgrace you have brought upon this community and it`s citizens, your pathetic performance as Mayor, and your outrageous accusations against just about everyone except God, you should not be afraid to show that you are QUALIFIED mentally, to rail at everyone that disagrees with your accusations. You also have published no response to the request for copies of replies you have received from various government affiliates. WHY NOT, to any of the above? Your turn .....
You are the individual responsible for information on The Marino Report and you are using THe Marino Report as your tool to distribute inaccurate, false information, and (your own words)"unsure statements" such as "the news about Kutztown is the budget is false", the only person creating the NEWS is you. You are embarrassing our town and people by writing lies. What do you think visitors think of the people of Kutztown? I thought the people spoke loud and clear when they removed you from office. Now I think the citizens should make every effort to stop you from continuing this charade that a narcissistic individual speaks for the citizenry. You twist, contort, create and disseminate half truth mixed with lies. When you ask why we ask about you, it is simple, since you create inaccurate information and distribute lies, it only makes sense that information about who you say you are is MISINFORMATION and LIES.
OK, you say you will answer personal questions by email or USPS. I don't get it, why not answer so the public can read your responses? Why are you hiding?

As far as not getting answers, read the previous comments, you fail to recognize the responses, It seems only YOU cannot get answers but the rest of the world can. Come on!

You are evading the questions asked of you, again?
* Print your proof.
* Prove you are who you say you are.
* Answer the publics questions asked.
* Respond to the claim that the Borough has provided others with information when asked.
* Explain why you did not use the Boroughs website to download the Financial information you claim you cannot get.
* What are your qualifications that make you an authority on Government practices?
Why are you, Mr. Gennaro evading the questions and avoiding proving what you say?
Have you ever heard the term "narcistic"?
It would not surprise me to hear that you have been told this, professionally, more than once.

I took it upon myself and called the Borough and spoke to the Finance Director Russ. I asked how I could get a copy of the Budget, he told me to come in and ask at the front counter, he said I could review it there and if I wanted a printed copy or copies of certain pages I could request them, I would have to pay a copy charge for each page. I asked if the 2007 Audit is available and he said the Auditors are finalizing it and it should be available at the end of July.
Russ also told me that I could go to the Boroughs website and view or download the 2004, 2005, 2006 Audited Financial Reports and the 2008 Budget detail report which is also available.

I don't know about you but something here sure does not make sense. The Marino Report has claimed over and over again that "The Borough is hiding information", "They won't give me a copy of the Budget".
All I did was call and I was told what to do. There is one claim that may be correct, The Borough will not give you a copy. You must pay for it if you want to take it with you. If you download it yourself then it is free.
The Marino Report also claims the Borough does not have an Auditor, well the Finance Director told me the Auditor is finalizing the 2007 Audit. So the Borough in fact has an Auditor. Another false claim by The Marino Report.
At this time, everyone should be asking themselves what is the real purpose of Mr. Marino and his constant badgering and dissemination of false information and claims?
I took the time to check out these claims by The Marino Report and I am disgusted in the negativity and constant bad mouthing of our town and elected community leaders. The Marino Report is making this community look like a bunch of country hicks and to slant a quote a former councilman “a most un-agreeable community”.
