You obviously failed to read your blogs contract and YOUR responsibility. You are the creator and you are open for criticism since you are the responsible "soliciting" party.
You really need to research thoroughly before posting idle threats. Your attempt to violate the privacy of any blogger will backfire on you and you will pay a heavy price in fines for "privacy act violations". Read about them in your contract. That's the point of the allowance of "annonymous".
If this is to detract from responding to your bull and misleading information and personal attacks, forget it. The rules for Internet blogging are murky and years of challenge await you. Get your wallet out.

For those thinking this is some sort of threat, read this blogging sites contract for details. You can also read about "blogging" and the courts on the web.
Refrain from physical threats, threats to property or persons, posting any individuals address or phone number. Especially avoid terrorisitic threats.
The "Owner" of the blog waived rights by posting to the open-world. Do some research and you will see how far someone can go and the cost in penalties to those "responsible for initiating the blog".

I have responded to all your questions, provided proof where to find documented proof refuting your claims. I have asked you to prove me wrong. After a month of this, you have not rebutted a single response.
Now, I miss you. You have shifted gears and I am disappointed. Please come back, please provide more misinformation, accusations, personal attacks. I am quite bored.
As a side note, it doesn't matter whether I am the Mayor, Council Member, Employee, KU Student, Police Chief, DA, FBI, CIA, KU President. owner of a business on Main Street, a former supporter, former Borough Manager, or even State Legislator. What is important is this, your blog is helping people to understand why "background" checks are necessary before electing someone to office. Your blog is reminding the residents that these elected officials are their neighbors and friends and most are not transplant but lifelong real Kutztownians. Claiming their neighbors and friends are corrupt just because they are in office has strengthened and renewed some relationships,.and that if anything is a positive.
Not only was your election a mistake and in the end a disgrace to the community, but some newly elected officials, one-runaway, and one new Mayor are in office for the wrong reason.
Elected Officials should be concerned with the community as a whole. Right now, and beginning with the resignation of Strasser, it is clear, PERSONAL AGENDAS ARE OVERRIDING THE BEST INTEREST OF THIS COMMUNITY. I am very surprised that you have not crticized the current Mayor for abandoning her Main Street location. That's a real statement of support!
Hopefully, the community will learn again, after all, this is now strike two.

What part of real life do you not understand? You seem to have lost your complete focus which is to attack HU and borough officials, which by the way, i believe that HU added 545 new customers on one shot this week alone!
