According to Webster’s New World Dictionary the definition of anonymous is
1 with no known name, 2 given written etc. by one whose name is withheld or unknown
3 lacking individuality. And I agree and I add anonymous has no father or mother, never went to school, has no worldly experience, never served its country, never married or had children, never went to church, never won an award which means they are a nothing, a zero. I also take this to mean anyone who uses the name anonymous had to be a nothing to begin with. This is also confirmed by the anonymous comments on www.marinoreport.com which are ignorant, hateful, vicious and lack facts and figures to refute my accusations and claims. Not one anonymous comment has mentioned a name or provided a Borough document that disagrees with my facts and figures. The one individual who used his name has stated he will not comment any longer. He stopped making comments because he could not backup the false personal statements he made about me.
IT SEEMS STRANGE THAT ANONYMOUS DEFENDS THE ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICIALS OF FALSIFYING THE BUDGET, PUBLISHING FRAUDULENT REPORTS AND WITHHOLDING BOROUGH FINANCES AND THE BOROUGH OFFICIALS DO NOT DEFEND THEMSELVES OR THEIR ACTIONS.
I would like to answer some of your comments but first I have to ask some questions. To Mary and John Anonymous I do not recall speaking to you on several occasions. Please tell me how many people I chastised and there names. I do patronize local businesses and I do it to meet the wonderful people of the Borough and tell them the news of the Borough which is also the purpose of my website. Please answer my accusations and charges with facts and figures from Borough records and documents.
As per my last electric bill I paid 21 cents per kilowatt and residents in the Borough’s surrounding areas pay 10 cents a kilowatt. Yes our bill is more than double. Mr. Kelly’s article is referring to areas that can shop for an electric Company. Kutztown residents, by law, can not shop for an electric company because we own the Electric Company and that is why the Borough can ridiculously overcharge us. Anonymous should also look at the Electric Fund Audit, if there is one, and tell the public what the Borough Council doing with this excess revenue.
My reputation is based on honesty and integrity and a handful of no names can’t change it. My website, my name and I are out there and I welcome all challenges, comments and criticisms with names or faces.
Please stop attacking my bio and reputation because I do not make Borough Policy and squander your hard earned money the Borough Officials do. Question the honesty, integrity, bio, education, agenda, motives and dedication of the borough Officials and ask them why they do not reply to my website and letters.
I also think some comments come from Borough Officials, I can’t tell which ones because the borough has many important officials. There are so many important paid officials that they can not all be seated on the dais at the council meetings. Some comments sound like they come from an old website of a borough employee.
Please answer my blogs with your names, and please some Borough facts and figures.

Seems you have turned the other chipmunk cheek. You claim that because the Borough is the only provider of service they can put the price wherever they so choose.
Hmmm, sounds like a positive argument for Hometown Utilicom. You have justified the reason for its existence. Thank You for acknowledging the brain child of Keith Hill and the Borough Council. Finally you have said something that makes sense.

Previously, you included employees, what's changed? did you get slapped on the wrist?
OK, lets move on to the important stuff, the real facts. your claim :

You don't have the entire story, recalculate your Kilowatt again. You are leaving off other, VERY IMPORTANT OTHER CHARGES PPL and Met-Ed include. In other words, You are attempting to mislead the public again with misinformation. Compare apples to apples, not apples to oranges.
Did you read the article regarding PPL and Met-ed's planned increase? You accept this as OK? I definitely would have preferred the boroughs phased in approach rather than doubling and trippling my bill.

Well, not quite the truth once again misleading. Please tell me Jerry how to shop for electric in Met-Ed and PPL territory? I would like to do this for myself. Please provide what I need to do and I will let my friends know as well.
Yes Kutztown has a utility service, yes Kutztown has an electric fund that has a cash reserve. Kutztown also has the lowest property tax in the entire area. If not for the electric utility, the offset to pay for police, highway, community development, parks, would be TAXES. Yes I am sure everyone would like to pay the property tax levied in Lehigh, Berks and Northampton Counties. For some reason, I don't think so.
Electric reserve, well, that is true. Can you imagine the problem that would have occurred last year when the storm came through Kutztown and THE ELECTRIC RESERVE FUND WAS NOT THERE TO BRING IN CONTRACTORS AND ASSISTANCE? Where would the money have come from to clean up the damage? replace the poles, bring in sub-contractors etc?.
No reserve funds? that would be an injustice to the community and I would call for their heads because they did have a contingency plan to react as quickly as they did.

I am very surprised you would mention the word "squander". While you were in office you forced the borough to "squander" over a quarter of a million dollars, that is a fact and on the Borough's books. How do you justify this waste to "your neighbors, friends and the good people of Kutztown"?.
Good catch ANNONYMOUS! Congratulations on this one, and I am also impressed that Mr. Marino would finally acknowledge Hometown Utilicom and the value the service has provided this community. I have to acknowledge Jerry for finally realizing not only the value of competition, but the value.
Lastly, sorry Jerry, it is important and I agree with ANNONYMOUS, you have proven time and time again that you are not someone that needs to know names. Anyway, names are not important if the facts are real. And information posted by me or anyone else can be verified simply by attending committee meetings, picking up a phone and calling an elected official, or borough employee.
Let’s put it on the table, there’s no secret, there are Borough employees that are opposed and work against the Borough Council and to the same extent, work against other employees. There are a few that should retire and move on instead of providing you incorrect information.
Unfortunately there is a “sucker” born every minute and some individuals take advantage of this and seek people like you out, Jerry Marino. These people are using you to be their voice, your reputation means nothing to them.
Mary and John, if I were you, I wouldn’t be to upset that Jerry does not wish to recognize you. It’s easier than trying to justify.
