Kutztown Council President Eidle
45 Railroad St.
Kutztown, Pa 19530
Mr. President,
Mr. David Remaley the Vice Chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board has attributed statements to me that are untrue and he states the statements are on Borough Council Meeting tapes. Mr. Remaley speaks for the Borough and I asked him and the Borough to produce the tapes. If the Borough and Mr. Remaley can not produce the tape or tapes he should retract his statement and apologize. Mr. Remaley has made many statements attacking me that are untrue and could be libelous. Mr. Remaley is an appointed Borough Official who represents and speaks for the Borough. All his statements were made as comments on my website www.marinoreport.com and he confirms he is responsible for the statements. I am holding you as Council President, Mr. Remaley and the Borough Council responsible for producing the tapes or retracting the false statements.
You as Council President are responsible for correcting this situation and I expect an answer from you or I will pursue this further. An appointed Borough Official can not make irresponsible statements about private citizens.

Sincerely,

cc. Mayor Green, Kutztown Borough Council, Borough Manager Khalife, Borough Solicitor, Secretary Bray and others

This letter was hand delivered to the Borough Hall today at 11 AM

Get Lost LOSER!

Stop wasting everyone’s time. You like dishing it out but you sure can't take it.

Every word Mr. Remaley wrote about your statements at Council Meetings is true.

I wish HU would replay those classic meeting days showing your moronic behavior and escapades.

You need to seek out help.

I would encourage anyone else reading this moron’s complaints, gripes, and trash to continue to let him know your thoughts about him and his idiotic behavior.

You owe this community a public apology for wasting Borough funds. Pay back the $250,000 you wasted.

PONY UP OR SHUT THE HELL UP!

Yo Nancy! your attempts to get a FREE RIDE from the Borough is a futile attempt to mooch off the good people of Kutztown. This is nothing more than payback to the community to get even, after all, we did kick you out of office.

Your fooling no one. Our community will fight you to the end before paying you a single dime.

Residents of Kutztown, at the next council meeting, send a message to the Borough Council and elected officials, DO NOT NEGOTIATE OR CAVE IN TO THIS IDIOT. We are tired of the waste this one individual has caused and want to put an end to this. Put him in jail where he belongs.

Mr Gennaro Marino: this is another support document against your claims the Borough is screwing its residents. READ THIS AND TAKE NOTES!.

For all you Marino supporters out there, this only shows Gennaro Marino sensationalizes information to cause trouble.

The Borough has for two years been warning residents about this. The difference between the Borough and others, NO THANKS NEEDED!, there will NOT BE a 50-70% rate increase in electric rates as there will be in other towns NOT HAVING ELECTRIC SERVICE. Knowing this was happening in the industry, the Council has been phasing in this increase to keep pace, now in a short period of time other communities will begin to receive an electric bill DOUBLE their previous bills. NOT KUTZTOWN!

READ THIS AND SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SYSTEM! This is also a message to Mayor Sandy Green, WAKE THE HELL UP! Main street facial uplift using the utility funds to fund Brendan Strasser, Kevin Green and your dream is a WASTE of time and money. YOU NEED TO START SUPPORTING ALL THE BOROUGH SERVICES INCLUDING HOMETOWN OR YOU WILL SOON BE OUT OF OFFICE AS WELL.. WAKE UP!

Kutztown residents, what do you think our rates would be for television and internet today if not for Hometown Utilicom? All you need to do is call someone having Service Electric television and internet from Maxatawny, or other surrounding communities and perform a PRICE CHECK!

Read the article below and appreciate the effort of the current and past Council.

For Berks residents, electric prices about to explode
By Dan Kelly

Reading Eagle

Consumers have about a year or two before the price of power in Berks starts to soar, and there's little relief in sight

For years now Berks County consumers have been warned that caps on electricity rates will end in 2010.

In 16 months, local utility bills are expected to skyrocket, and there appears to be little hope of a reprieve.

PPL Electric Utilities Corp. prices will jump by about 35 percent on Dec. 31, 2009. Met-Ed customers are expected to see an increase of about 55 percent a year later.

"This is going to be a terrible electric shock," said state Sen. Michael A. O'Pake, a Reading Democrat. "We've got to do what we can to prevent that."

Those would actually be modest rate hikes compared with what happened in Pike County, which experienced a 75 percent rate hike three years ago, O'Pake said.

When electric rate caps were lifted in other states, it resulted in similarly staggering increases.

They included Rhode Island, 52 percent; Illinois, 55 percent; Massachusetts, 56 percent; Delaware, 59 percent; Maryland 72 percent; Connecticut, 79 percent; Texas, 82 percent.

Conservation seems to be the most recommended salve for consumers' electric burns.

Simply put, use less electricity and your bill won't be as high, said John Hanger, president of PennFuture, a consumer advocacy group.

When the state's electricity market is completely deregulated prices will go up. But if people start using less electricity, the reduced demand should eventually lead to lower electricity prices.

"Look what happened with the price of oil," Hanger said. "People cut their driving by 5 percent and the price of a barrel of oil has dropped from $147 per barrel to $116."

"After 14 years of rate caps it's not surprising that prices would increase even in the best of times," Hanger said. "Having said that, we agree that steps should be taken to give consumers tools to conserve."
