Ms. Pearl Seaman,
It was an honor and a pleasure to receive a second comment from an idealistic young lady who cares about her Borough. After reading the comment from” Residents against Marino” you realize your mom was right as moms usually are. I did not acknowledge your first comment because I knew it would generate such comments. You stated you have a tendency to believe some of the things in my reports and I may be on the right track. Their comment twists your statements and has you agreeing with me which isn’t the case. I thought your comment was asking questions and for clarifications. I apologize for their comment and would like to point out it comes from someone with no name who falsely claims to represent some residents. The comment also does not address my blog and is all about distorting your comment which is typical of people with no names. Take notice that the third comment was posted by another no name and the article has nothing to do with the Kutztown situation.
In your comment you ask me to publish some of the responses to my letters that I have written to government officials. Contact me and I will gladly give you copies or show you the originals. I think if I publish them it will give my detractors more material to distort as they have done to many of my blogs.

What a crock of bull. Typical Marino duck and run response.
Pearl Seaman, call his bluff and make him show you the responses, on official letterhead. Then ask for copies and verify and keep them.
He has no positive responses. If Marino had one line of support response from any entity, it would have been brought to the public.
Why send out so many letters and claims and then receive positive responses and keep them for his own personal victory! I think not. He would have called a press conference and rubbed the response in everyone’s face.
So the final question is, where are the investigators? Where is the FBI, CIA, DA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Etc etc etc?
Nice try Marino, people of Kutztown are smarter than you think. The same questions I pose above are the same questions the residents ask and that is : "If Marino has any response negative to the Borough, or supportive his claims, do you really think he would keep them hidden and NOT EMBARRASS THE COUNCIL AND MAYOR?". "where are the investigators?"
Very simple statements. The bull "I am not publishing the responses because they would get twisted". I am choking and gagging here.
Call him on this, make him show you what he has.
I am willing to bet, if you choose to meet with him, he won't show you anything except his letters. If he does, I am willing to bet it is not on official letterhead and he will refuse to provide you COPIES.
If you really would like to see what this person is all about, go to Borough Hall and ask to watch videos of prior council meetings where the then infamous "Mayor Marino" was in office. See for yourself the immature behavior and disgusting show of disgrace he displayed and then you can see for yourself the shame he brought to the office of the Mayor.
Too bad Pearl you had to beg for a response.

How many responsible parents would allow their son or daughter the ability to post to an adult web-blog, especially one that has so many negatives against its founder? I wouldn't allow my son or daughter access to this, would you?
After reading Marino's response to PEARL SEMAN, something has been bothering me and today when I reread Marino's response to PEARL SEAMAN I couldn't help but ask myself why a parent would allow a child to post on this site?
What really bothered me was Marino's reference to Pearl Seaman's mom. I can't find a reference to Pearl Seaman's mom in her previous posting. Interesting.
Now, I started to think about other characters, for instance, Hans Stroebel, turns out, Hans was a professional wrestler from the 50's, Marino's hayday.
If you checkout "bloggers complaints" you will see that Marino's web blog is in danger of being shutdown. A number of complaints filed due to individuals posing as someone else and his sibel and slander of individuals.
So, how does Marino fix this problem, simple, create an innocent young lady to pose questions as a innocent interested young lady. All this in an effort to stop individuals from responding to this website and attacking Marino in the same manner he attacks others. He wants the investigation into his background and lifestyle to stop making it seem that "the innocent" truly have an interest in him and what he is saying. Pretty slick but, you have now been "caught" and "exposed".
You see, Pearl Seamn never responded or acknowledged the questions posed to her. EXACTLY THE SAME APPROACH AS MARINO.
For those of you with adult humor in your veins, just like the name "Hans Stroebel", think of the name "PEARL" "SEAMAN" relate that to Nancy, Swingers, an Adult Act, NECKLACE.
This is nothing more than a slick way of poking fun at you and to stop all of you from continuing to search into Marino's background and history.
Mr. Marino. Thank you for replying. In your answer you state that publishing some of the responses to your letters will only cause your detractors to twist the facts. With that statement, i strongly disagree. I think a publication would have the direct opposite affect. Showing a few of the responses that agree with your charges, could only assure that the borough council members had better know that they are being watched. I say this because i am almost positive that they are watching your report, and are hoping you will just go away. Please fight the good fight. Jerry - A most interesting comment from that young Seaman girl. She seems wise beyond her years, and makes a very valid point in asking you to show comments to letters you have written. I could not have said it better. Anxious to see how you back out of this one. Charles Young
