Mr. David Remaley, the statements you claim I stated are not public record because I never made them. I am charging you and the Borough you represent with fabricating false statements and attributing them to me. And I demand you present proof that I said them or retract your statements.
Specifically I have never said:
1) I stand behind every inaccurate statement I have ever made.
2) I am the most honest person I ever met.
3) I am a direct descendent of Benito Mussolini.
Along with that I want you to know I am not a mentally challenged person, I am not related to Howdy Doody or Benito Mussolini and I do not spread half truths as you have stated in your comments. If I do spread half truths why doesn’t the Borough challenge me? In reply to your last comment many people take me seriously and I am not going away. All your supporters are faceless and nameless which means they have no pride or courage.
You and the Borough can be held libel for making false statements. Produce the tapes or retract the statements.

* Print your proof.
* Prove you are who you say you are.
* Answer the publics questions asked.
* Respond to the claim that the Borough has provided others with information when asked.
* Explain why you did not use the Boroughs website to download the Financial information you claim you cannot get.
* What are your qualifications that make you an authority on Government practices?
Why are you, Mr. Gennaro evading the questions and avoiding proving what you say?
Have you ever heard the term "narcistic"?
It would not surprise me to hear that you have been told this, professionally, more than once.

I took it upon myself and called the Borough and spoke to the Finance Director Russ. I asked how I could get a copy of the Budget, he told me to come in and ask at the front counter, he said I could review it there and if I wanted a printed copy or copies of certain pages I could request them, I would have to pay a copy charge for each page. I asked if the 2007 Audit is available and he said the Auditors are finalizing it and it should be available at the end of July.
Russ also told me that I could go to the Boroughs website and view or download the 2004, 2005, 2006 Audited Financial Reports and the 2008 Budget detail report which is also available.

I don't know about you but something here sure does not make sense. The Marino Report has claimed over and over again that "The Borough is hiding information", "They won't give me a copy of the Budget".
All I did was call and I was told what to do. There is one claim that may be correct, The Borough will not give you a copy. You must pay for it if you want to take it with you. If you download it yourself then it is free.
The Marino Report also claims the Borough does not have an Auditor, well the Finance Director told me the Auditor is finalizing the 2007 Audit. So the Borough in fact has an Auditor. Another false claim by The Marino Report.
At this time, everyone should be asking themselves what is the real purpose of Mr. Marino and his constant badgering and dissemination of false information and claims?
I took the time to check out these claims by The Marino Report and I am disgusted in the negativity and constant bad mouthing of our town and elected community leaders. The Marino Report is making this community look like a bunch of country hicks and to slant a quote a former councilman “a most un-agreeable community”.
Dear Mr. Marino You are a stupid idiot. You do not have a college degree. You do not have an honorable air force discharge. You do not have a brain. Please take a flying fuck in a rolling dough nut.
Marino, do you recognize this? You should! You can run, but you can't hide!

If one suspects that someone has Narcistic Personality Disorder, this link provides good detail on what that is. Now only a doctor can diagnose this, but this may help some people feel better that others deal with these things with family members, friends, spouses, children, et et.
It may not be your imagination. Please note, there is little that professionals think they can do about this disorder in some circumstances. So the choice is to stay and deal, or run run run.
