Cash Disbursements $1,485,732 HU expenses
Charges for Services __843,055_ funds from HU customers
Total $642,677 funds moved into HU from the Borough
TAKE NOTE : In 2006 the Borough moved $669,923 into HU from Borough Funds
In 2007 the Borough moved $642,677 into HU from Borough Funds
CHARGES FOR SERVICES (Revenue from HU subscribers)
2006 $730,620 From 2006 Audit
2007 $843,055 From 2007 Audit
2008 $728,129 From 2009 Budget
2009 $689,200 From 2009 Budget
These figures from the above noted BOROUGH DOCUMENTS definitely show that revenue from HU subscribers is decreasing and the Borough will have to increase subsidies to HU because these same documents also indicate expenditures are increasing.
The above BOROUGH DOCUMENTS prove that Hometown Utilicom is not a viable venture and when you take into account the altered foreman reports, HU expenditures paid by the Borough and salaries of HU employees charged to other Borough Departments you can clearly see Hometown Utilicom loses, like I have been saying, about $1 million a year.
Mr. Dawson’s report was untrue and did not satisfy the conditions set by Mayor Green and the Borough Council that the $1 million loan can not be spent unless a Marketing or Business Plan was produced. Mayor Green only signed the Ordinance with this guarantee from the Borough Council. The December 3, meeting was a farce and the $1 million loan is being spent illegally because you did not satisfy the conditions set by you and Mayor Green. You set up this agreement by a unanimous vote at the March 2008 Council Meeting. You can not pass legislation and then violate your own legislation.
I demand an answer to this letter and you also owe an explanation to the residents of the Borough.
Sincerely,
Gennaro A. Marino P.E.

Jerry,
Since you are having difficulty getting any facts or figures from the Kutztown Borough, try emailing your blog information here:
Report Fraud to US Government Accounting Office
If you don't, I will. We need some authorities to do a full investigation of the Borough.
Do it Big "G" come on, show them what you are made of do it! don't be afraid you will only have to PROVE what you are saying. DO it! "Get er done".
Don't be afraid, the penaalty repercussions from your false claims will only hurt you for 10-15.
Come on, PUT IT TO THE TEST.
Hey fools:
Report allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement of federal funds to GAO’s FraudNET.
The website you posted is for FEDERAL FRAUD, idiot. Do you know the difference between Municipal, Township, City, State Goevrnment?
You both deserve each other.
This site is more appropriate:
for you fools.

All the facts and figures are from BOROUGH DOCUMENTS and they speak for themselves. If no one contests them they must be true.
I notice that Jerry's critics still have not commented on his December 23, blog that notes that the Fire Tax rate was increased .25 mils in The Reading Eagle and The Patriot reported no Tax increases in Kutztown. Jerry also notes that The Patriot states that Utility Funds are used for funding other Borough purposes which is a Borough Code violation. Which newspaper is correct and who, of the Borough, gave the papers the conflicting information?
Are you saying the community should not pay to support the local volunteer fire company?
I wonder how you would feel if you needed them and they were not there because they had to come from some other town.
The fire company performs an invaluable service to the community. They need help to survive like any other volunteer organization. Donations are down and operating costs are higher.
This is one tax no one should question!
Use your head before writing such nonsense.
Hey Irresponsible Jerry did not protest the rate increase he pointed out that The Eagle wrote the Borough had the .25 mils rate increase and The Patriot stated there will be not tax increases in Kutztown. As usual the Borough gave out conflicting statements to intentionally mislead the Borough residents. Read Jerry's blog carefully then comment on statements. Don't forget Jerry puts his name on all of his statements, why don't you?
Ask the Patriot your question.
Same reason why you don't write your name.
Let's face it, Big "G" is not writing nor smart enough to correctly state the facts. His name is used but we all know someone else is "hiding" behind mama Marino's skirt and leading him by the nose. That is why he will not face the public and did not attend the CCG meeting.
If everyone would look at the recent postings on Big "G"'s main posting and look at the recent responses, you can see, just like analyzing handwriting, the same person is doing both.
The two of you are questioning the facts and distorting them by mixing and matching information to fit your need. Do either one of you know the difference between an Audit Statement and a Budget Statement? You are comparing apples to oranges. Big "G" and you, do not agree with the Borough and how Municipal business works. You two attack Kutztown Borough but fail to look at other "Boroughs" and business practices. Because you donot agree, you state it is ILLEGAL and all information is FALSIFIED because you donot like the Municipal process.
Fictional writers make millions writing books that distort the real facts. You two are no different.
Do either one of you know the difference between an Audit and a Budget and Fiction versus NonFiction? Obviously neither one of you do.
Put some substance on this blog to create some sort of credibility or give it up. Nonsense like the "who made the mistake", the Patriot or the Borough?. Who gives a shit!
The commitment was for the Fire Company who deserves and needs the help. Get off it.
Writing what you want and creating distortions mean nothing.
