Notes to the Borough of Kutztown 1-29-09 Gennaro A. Marino P.E.
Dear Borough,
In my most recent Blogs I have posted financial statistics from Borough Documents (your documents) that point out that Hometown Utilicom’s revenue is decreasing and its expenditures are increasing. I also state that you are falsifying the Budget, publishing fraudulent reports, altering foreman’s reports and illegally moving Borough Funds into Hometown Utilicom. Added to this the Budget for 2009 is about $3 million more than 2006. I also pointed out that Mr. Dawson of CCG Consulting was voted $20,000 to tell you that HU is a viable and well run venture. I say Mr. Dawson’s report was a farce based on the records you gave him. To help pay for HU you charge electric customers double the rate charged by providers of the surrounding areas.
You never challenged or disputed any of my figures or statements in my Blogs because they are true and are based on your records and you know you are in serious financial trouble. Yet you forged ahead to spend the $1 million HU loan without a Marketing Plan or a Business Plan as promised to Mayor Green before she signed for the loan at the February 2008 Council Meeting.
To this date you have never stated or published in any way how this $1 million was being spent. You, the Borough Solicitor and the Borough Auditor have the arrogance and ignorance to believe you are above the law and are not accountable to the Borough residents or the Commonwealth and continue to Spend! Spend! Spend!
These are very strong accusations and charges, that I have made, yet you choose not to dispute, challenge or even answer them under the advice of the Borough Solicitor. You know you will have to fess up to the truth sooner or later.

To the "foreman" exposed, you should have been smart enough to realize Marino would make a stupid mistake out of frustration and sacrifice you to cover his ass and come out smelling like a rose, poor soul misled.
You are now on the front line and will be called upon to back up the information you provided.Your friend just fed you to the lions.
He has sacrificed you to support his statements and now the blame for all his false claims, liable, slander, will be put on you. He was looking for an out, and you are the sucker he found. He will claim he was misled , misinformed, and provided false information that he believed was true and factual.

Marino, you owe us an explanation! You have accused union workers (foreman) of Borough Code Violations and I demand an explantion SIR!

Please answer my accustions and do not change the subject to the borough employee which I have not mentioned.
