These figures from the above noted BOROUGH DOCUMENTS definitely show that revenue from HU subscribers is decreasing and the Borough will have to increase subsidies to HU because these same documents also indicate expenditures are increasing.
The above BOROUGH DOCUMENTS prove that Hometown Utilicom is not a viable venture and when you take into account the altered foreman reports, HU expenditures paid by the Borough and salaries of HU employees charged to other Borough Departments you can clearly see Hometown Utilicom loses, like I have been saying, about $1 million a year.
Mr. Dawson’s report was untrue and did not satisfy the conditions set by Mayor Green and the Borough Council that the $1 million loan can not be spent unless a Marketing or Business Plan was produced. Mayor Green only signed the Ordinance with this guarantee from the Borough Council. The December 3, meeting was a farce and the $1 million loan is being spent illegally because you did not satisfy the conditions set by you and Mayor Green. You set up this agreement by a unanimous vote at the March 2008 Council Meeting. You can not pass legislation and then violate your own legislation.
I demand an answer to this letter and you also owe an explanation to the residents of the Borough.

The time has come. The Mayor and Borough Council are now in a position to clean house. Get rid of the trouble maker snitch bastard. To hell with someone like this feeding Marino information to cause trouble. Marino claims foreman reports are altered. This means a supervisor is also involved. Altering reports could be as serious as causing safety issues for other employees. The Borough should call for an immediate investigation, subpoena Marino to produce the documents and the individual. Make him prove exactly what he claims. I have no respect for low life individuals feeding false information to cause trouble, and I care less what happens to them. They crawled in bed with Marino and he turned on them, it is time to pay the piper, they should have expected this to happen. Tax payer money paying salary, benefits, insurance to someone inappreciative the employer they work for. Get rid of them, all of them, especially those knowing what has been happening and doing nothing about it. No company would put up with employees lacking respect for the employer they work for. The community is paying for this type of employee! Bullshit on this. Call for an investigation and get rid of every foreman and supervisor and replace them with people wanting to work for the Borough. What is the worst possible scenario? Marino cannot produce any document or person which then proves him to be a liar and fraud. He produces the proof, well the snake is then exposed and removed from the Borough. Rightly so!

Genny looking at what you claim to be facts. You are confusing information. Audit versus Budget are two different documents. From accounting 101 a budget is an estimation a projection. An audit is a final result of actual. Why are you comparing these two to each other?, this makes no sense. Compare budgets for four years to each other and actual for four years to each other. Your claim from the information you have gathered from inside sources has more weight if you stop mixing and matching apples and oranges.
To me it appears you are trying to create a situation and make some person believe something that does not exist.
Looks and smells like an employee has an issue with their employer. As for the employee feeding information to you, shame on them my employer would not tolerate this behavior. I must agree with the other poster and the Borough should rid itself of employees such as this. People like this are a danger to everyone around them. Who is the Borough anyway? The Borough is the citizens of Kutztown. In this circumstance the employee is working for the citizens of Kutztown and this blatant disrespect is a slap in the face to every citizen paying this employees salary. An employee working for me and acting against my company would not be employed very long. I disagree with your action of selling out your informant to prove your point. Proves you can't be trusted and have no more backbone than the foreman you are using to support your claims.

To the Borough Foreman working for Marino, you should be ashamed and ready to be confronted. Marino has already put your head on the chopping block. How secure do you feel about your job tonight? Gerry Marino is saving his own ass and sacrificing you and in turn you will sacrifice your co-workers. This is the domino effect. You deserve to be terminated and embarrassed along with the rest, there are plenty of unemployed people waiting to take your place and more than willing to support the employer they work for.
I often wondered how Marino got away with not having the proper parking spaces for his student rental unit. Special friends in the code office?. This will all come out now that he substantiated subversive employee behavior.
Marino one more question, has your water meter been upgraded? If not, why are you given preferential treatment?
Maybe the Council should be asking the foreman the same question.
