Dear Anonymous,
I am more than happy with all of your recent comments and thank you for all of your attention and kind remarks. You are all my inspiration. The Borough must be very happy and proud to have your support. I am glad you are on their side. It is strange that all your remarks are about me personally and not about my claims about the Borough. I want you all to know that the Borough spent $200,000 investigating me when I was mayor and never found me guilty of any wrong doing. I am ready to answer any of your false and fabricated claims when you have the courage to identify yourselves. Why attack me I am not falsifying our financial records and bankrupting the Borough the elected officials are. Now that every one knows all the lies about me let us get back to business which is the Borough, HU and its finances.
I noticed that none of you commented on my blog (Borough Finance Confusion) of December 23, 2008 where I pointed out that the Reading Eagle stated the Borough increased the Fire Tax (Real Estate Tax) by .25 mils and The Patriot stated no tax increases in Kutztown. There was no correction or retraction of the disagreement by any one. The Patriot article also stated the utility funds were paying for the losses of HU which is a Borough Code violation.
In the blog I also pointed out the Borough Code violations by Former Borough Managers\Treasurers Hill and Vettraino and again no comments or disagreements. I also mentioned the breaking of the Apex Contract which is a catastrophic loss for the Borough and the paying of the Water and Sewer bill monthly instead of quarterly because the Borough is desperate for funds to pay for the HU losses.
Please respond to my statements and facts most people know all about me and what I am. Thank you all.

“Not found guilty,” let's see, this is so much fun!:
In the case involving borough resident david remaly, your charges were unfounded and he was found not guilty, then that makes you "guilty" of false accusations.
In the case involving borough police chief randy cole, your charges were unfounded and he was reinstated with backpay, then that makes you "guilty" of false accusations.
In the case involving the borough against you held in Berks County Court, the borough's burden of proof was upheld and you were found guilty and sanctioned from the borough properties.
In the vote by popular demand, you received a whopping 36 votes and overwhelmingly removed from office. Obviously you were found "Guilty" of being inept as Mayor.
So, how is it Big "G" that you are telling the public that you were never found guilty?
The difference as you call it in attacking you is simple, listed above is actual live, documented events anyone can read about on the web. Your FALSE CLAIMS AND ACCUSATIONS cannot be substantiated by any written document or authority.
You are not an expert nor close to being one. You cannot contribute as history has shown any GOOD for this Borough, only lies and pie in the sky false claims against good people. Get off it and move on. You cost the Borough, and you admit this, more than $200,000 in tax payer monies. PAY IT BACK! We all suffered from this damage.
Gennaro's Best Buddy you must be a Borough Official or appointed employee because you seem to know everything and you do not address any facts on the blog. The Borough Solicitor advised Borough Officials not to reply to any of Jerry's correspondence so you decided to become an anonymous spokesperson for the Borough. While you have the floor why don't you explain why the Borough lies about Hometown Utilicom finances and all the Council votes are unanimous without discussions.

Yes, you got it, I am a Borough Official, A Borough employee, A Borough Resident, A Borough Elected Official, I own a coffee shop, a housing development, I am a school teacher, I am the neighbor next door. I am all of these. We The People are tired of reading bullshit without fact.
Why don't you help your buddy out and print the facts you say you have. The Reading Eagle, Morning Call would pay you to provide your proof and a story that "could be substantiated". HAS NEVER HAPPENED WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

As far as the Council is concerned, they are voting for more than 36 people.
