To Concerned Citizens,
The comments to my last blog were answered as usual by anonymous individuals who solely attack me stating I have no proof of my statements. The proof is in the Borough records. My statements are all based on Borough records and newspaper articles. These anonymous individuals question my credibility, how can anyone with no identity question the credibility of a person that puts his name on everything he states? And why don’t Borough Officials correct my facts and figures or at least disagree with them? They do not address or question any of my statements because my statements are all true. And they have a bunch of no names fabricate stories about me and attack me personally. In fact I think some of those that comment and attack me personally are Borough Officials who do not have the courage to be identified. Attacking me does not change the financial or chaotic status of the Borough.
I am ready, willing and able to defend myself against any one who disagrees with my blogs and anyone who will come forth with their absurd fabricated personal comments and stories about me. I will defend myself against any one with a legitimate identity, address and phone number. But if anyone of you think you can silence me or discourage me and make me go away you, I promise you that it will never happen. I have never lost a battle in my life and I will not lose this one. TRUTH, HONESTY AND INTEGRITY WILL PREVAIL. For me to win this battle will be easy, all you have to do is come forth and identify yourself. Thank you.

Who's blog are you reading Marino?
You are crying and complaining about personal attacks where are they? You seem to be making the personal attacks by calling everyone liars, thieves, crooks etc etc etc etc. I see a few choice names for you but for the most part I see quite a few questions, statement of facts and answers to your questions.
To be perfectly honest, I believe you are posting your own attacks for no reason other than drawing attention to you. Why are you diverting from the real issues?
TRUTH, HONESTY, INTEGRITY are words for HEROES not individuals like you that attack others for no reason other than self gratification. You write to potential employers of people leaving the Borough for what reason Marino? You attack people that have left the Borough for what reason Marino? These are not meant to be personal attacks by you?
You attack the Borough, who is the Borough? You yourself at one time were part of "the Borough". Once again, who is "the Borough"?
You claim your statements are based on Borough Records and then in the next statement you claim there are none. Many of the responses point you to the Borough's website and television. Many have challenged you to attend meetings where discussions are held and open to the public with the press to write your story.
You claim you gather information from News Paper articles, what articles? Your letter to the Editor is not an article.
The Borough has no reason to answer you. You fail to attend meetings, you fail to ask your questions in the proper “public” forums, you fail to provide real proof. The truth is, the Borough Officals can't answer you in a BLOG and you know this. Everything the Borough Officials do must be in the proper forum. You are well aware of this, its the LAW.
You claim you are ready to defend yourself with anyone that disagrees with your blog, I see a number of disagreements and you fail to answer any of them. I see statements of facts and you fail to counter them with fact.
“I have never lost a battle”, is that like "I have never told a lie in my life"? and "I am the most honest person I know" statements, you lost as Mayor, that was a battle, you lost all court cases, brought against you, that was a battle, you lost with all the letters you have written against the Borough, that was a battle, you lost in your own personal life (testament that you are here alone in Kutztown. Of course you will say this is a personal attack, I say it is FACT.)
While you were Mayor, what did you accomplish?
You are easy Marino. P.T. Barnum once said "There is a sucker born every minute". You sir, fall for this with every blog you post. You are intimidated into crying like a little child claiming personal attacks while questions and facts are presented to you. You can't answer them and you attempt to divert to the "poor little old me under attack" and the "I am not going away". I haven't read one statement asking you to go away. I have read plenty asking you to provide facts, printed hardcore facts. You are the only responsible party causing your own personal attacks. Your public appearances at local vendor stores disrupting business, antagonizing customers is creating a public image of you, created by you, brought on by you, no one else. Take the responsibility for your own demise, you brought it on yourself.
If you are trying to convince the public that you are right and you have proof, why haven't you called a town meeting at Borough Hall and invited the public and press to attend? You can make your statements, present your facts. You could invite the press. The Borough is a Public facility and available to you. What are you afraid of, no one attending including the Press? Or are you afraid you can't provide the "proof"? This is a challenge Marino, you have an option here.
So once again I ask you sir: Who's blog are you reading?
Evidently Mr. Marino is on the right track here. He certainly has you in a tither! If Mr. Marino would show up at a "townie" metting, no one would let him speak his "peace" anyway. You would all ride over him. If his comments would not bother you so much Mr. Nameless, then don't even reply with a hoot and a holler.
He would not call such a meeting because he has nothing to show. Why should he worry about being shut down when there are no attendees?
His track is a dead-end. Always has been.
Marino can't talk and answer questions at the same time. Like walking and chewing gum.
Here is the script for the public meeting Marino should hold.
1 - Marino is one room with a microphone asking his question.
2 - All his non-supporters in another room answering his question.
They key here is each's microphone is shut off so the other can answer. Marino does not allow this to happen, he rants, raves, lunatics and otherwise rolls over and spins around like a car out of control on ice.
He has nothing worth while and this is why he cannot provide to the News Papers, Attorney general, FBI, CIA, any formidable documentation to support his lunatic actions.
Whats up with the "Jerry" name in the recent postings? answer jerry, jerrys summary, jerry this, jerry that, jerry, jerry cherry, jerry. Has he run away and someone else is taking over for him?

As soon as someone disagrees with you, you accuse them of having a 3rd grade education? That just shows the total disdain you have for us. You look down your nose at us. You think you are better than us. You think your intelligence is far superior to ours. You are a disgrace!
