To All Who Are Interested in the Borough of Kutztown,
Let it be known that contrary to the comments of the nameless, faceless, vulgar, profane and gutless cowards on my Blogger the people that are responsible for and are aware of falsifying the Kutztown Budget, altering foreman reports and publishing fraudulent reports are Mayor Green, Council Members Eidle, Seyler, Snyder, Schlegel, Gangewere and Bray, Borough Manager\Treasurer Khalife, Assistant Treasurer Samilo and the head of Hometown Utilicom Information Technology Director Frank Caruso. These illegal and irregular activities are being done with the knowledge and the approval of Borough Solicitors Dietrich and Mooney and the Borough’s Independent Auditors Mr. Long and Mr. Barrell. I can not be more specific as to who I am accusing and who is responsible for the above and I hope I make myself clear. The foremen’s reports are altered by the above after they are received from the superintendents. The foremen and the superintendents are not part of the lies and schemes to mislead the residents and for my detractors to say the foremen snitched to me means the Borough must be guilty of my accusations. You can’t snitch if there are no illegal activities going on. I am almost sure that one of my anonymous detractors is from the above group that does not have the intestinal fortitude to divulge their identity.
In addition to the above the Borough is now irresponsibly spending the $1 million from the $1.3 million loan for Hometown Utilicom without the conditions agreed upon by Mayor Green and the Borough Council at the February 2008 Council meeting. And the Borough has not revealed how they are spending the $1 million as of this date.
To further withhold Borough activities the Borough has not published the minutes of the November ’08 and December ’08 Council Meeting Minutes.
I would also like to state at this time that the video tapes of the Council Meetings and the Minutes of the Council Meetings are edited by the above.
I challenge any one of the anonymous creeps and cowards that comment on my Blogger to come forward with any information that disagrees with my blogs or my bio. It seems like I am the only with a name. The anonymous cowards and creeps have many questions for me but do not tell me to whom and where to send my answers. From now on I will ignore all anonymous comments, but please send them in.
I will not remove any comments from my Blog because I want every one to know the type of supporters the above Borough has and what their supporters are saying. I take every knock as a boost and an inspiration to carry on. I will not quit or be intimidated by a handful of cowards who I hope in the future will attack the messages and not the messenger.

to late Maino, the talk at the coffee shop, from a good source, investigation has started. The false claims you state provided by the foreman or superintendant will now surface and you will be held responsible for their fate.
Your clarification only solidifies that misleading information is filtering into your hands.
The show is about to come to an end for you and your coward snitch.

Be specific list for us the altered report names so we can relate them closer to the individual you speak of.
You never did answer the previous question about why you are given preferential treatment from the water department and code office.

My Internet service with hometown utilicom is far superior to cable modem or dial up and I am saving money. I priced shopped televisions services and hometown is providing 28 more channels and the price is $8.50 higher than service electric but service electric is giving a customer discount of $25.50. Take away the discount and the service cost more and provides less.
I am saving by using the hometown service and getting more including free High Definition Channels and whenever I call someone answers the phone.
You never explained why this is bad for the community? After all, the service reduced the price of these products for both hometown users and service electric users and I can use the extra cash for other items.
People have told me that while you were serving as Mayor your discount for Internet and Television were more than anyone else allowing you to have free service? I would think this is illegal, special favors to elected officials. Why was this alright for you?
Please explain why this community is wrong in having a service which reduces my in home expenses?
Marino: You have hundreds of unanswered question comments posted to your blog. You do not reply. You are the gutless coward! Publish the proof of your accusations once and for all. And, please stop sending positive comments to your own blog. We all know that`s what you are doing. You are a sad excuse for a human being. I would suggest you go back to New York, but the would not accept you either.
marino, I contacted the reporter from the reading eagle and told her about your informant you claim to have. I told her that you state this coward can substantiate your claims. She is willing to write an article but you have to produce hard proof including your sources. Apparantly you failed to do this when she previously requested and this is why no previous article about your claims has been printed. Here is your opportunity to save face. You should do this before your subpoena arrives or you will lose your window of opportunity. Be the spineless bastard you are, what's the difference doing this now or tomorrow?

Mr Marino, why are you lying to the public? I have posted numerous responses and you delete every one of them. I have answered you a thousand times and asked you several questions and you delete both? why?
Hopefully some of you will see this before it is also deleted. I will repost if he does until it stays put!
I would also like to know why the Borough Council is giving you special treatment and not enforcing Borough Code.
You can't run and hide from your actions this time.
