As a follow-up to our conversations, we anticipate our on-site project start date for installation and testing of our equipment per the BID will begin June 3, 2009, contingent upon the Borough's receipt of the required Bonds as stated below, and completion to be within 30 days. I have confirmed this with Mark and my staff. Mark will schedule the shift times with you.
Your 10% Bid Bond will be returned upon acceptance of the Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the total Bid.
