Mr. Marino: How can you consider my comment of June 19th as attacking the messenger? I am on your side. I just want you to bring everything out into the open at council meeting where they will have to listen and they will have to reply to your questions, on all hometown utilicom to boot. I am sure that the local newspaper reporters would be just too happy to attend. Won`t you please consider my request? Put all the Marino bashers to shame. I remain, a friend.

JM: Are you afraid to appear at a council meeting? Are you afraid of retaliation if you speak? Are you afraid of how you will look before the cameras? Are you afraid of the reporters getting it right and printing it for all to read? Are you afraid everyone will find out that you are a coward? Are you afraid that folks will eventually discover that you were kicked out of the air force and that you do not have a college degree? Or, are you just afraid of your shadow?
RK, can you verify this info? If so, go ahead and do so in this format/blog.

Heresay: Why are you denying my statement when Marino himself does not? That should tell you something.
I'm right here. First I want to thank my friends and supporters. Second I want to address all the sewer rats with no names, faces or ID's who attack my character. Some of the latest comments would be libelous and slanderous if they had an identity attached to them, but none of the nameless, gutless sewer rats have the courage to back up their statements with their ID. They stoop to mention my children.
When I was the Mayor of Kutztown and it is a well known fact that the Borough with the advice of Borough Solicitors Mooney and Dietrich spent more than $150,000 investigating me. Took me to the Borough friendly Court of Judge Jeffrey Schmehl 3 times to silence me and now I am being attacked by some of the same Borough sewer rats who now fear using their names.
My Bio can be substantiated with documents which are readily available to be seen at my home and I am proud of them.
One mre fact about my accusations and charges against the Borough. They are well known by Niky Murry of the Patriot, reporter Michele Park and the Editor of The Eagle and the Editor of The Morning Call because I have written them many times.
By the way I am here to stay and will not be intimidated.

Baloney as usual. Marino owns the dubious distinction of receiving only 34 votes in the mayoral election against Sandy Green. The worst recorded rout in Pennsylvania mayoral election history. THAT IS A PROVEN FACT! He blames the loss on the borough council poisoning the minds of the voters against him. He has been seeking imaginary revenge ever since. Look how he describes judge Schmehl. Even he is borough friendly. And the bullshit continues. Lots of accusations, without proven factual information to back them up. I told you all a flimsy excuse for not attending council meeting with his so called facts would be in the works. Read his words yourself. Imagine, if you want to see the proof of his accusations you must make an appointment and go to his home to see. Why not post the proof to his blog along with the accusations? BECAUSE THERE IS NONE!
Personally, I like the "I have written to Nicky at the Patriot and Michele at the Reading Eagle". MEANING WHAT? Just because HE believes his own fiction and spews it to be GOSPEL he expects others will "Sniff his shorts" and follow the skid mark trail.
Marino has the ability to set the record straight, libelous, slander,all bullshit! proven by his inability to post records proving otherwise.
All his statements about Hometown, Blonder Tongue, the claim of filing of a lawsuit against the Borough, all the right to know requests, what ever happened to his "sniffers?" how come you are not asking him "what happened".
The state DENIED him and he failed to prove his claims and once again, what he was saying was nothing more than "inventive" and "without merit".
You can see from his writing regression to "Forman reports" the senility is setting in, more so now than ever before.
I also love the Judge Schmehl retro reflection. How old is that now? He did forget to bring up the claim filed in Berks County against townee Remaley. That also was a "loss" to Mr Marino.
Once a loser always a loser.
Leave the poor soul alone and let him continue to destroy his name and character. He surely does not need any help. As mentioned previously, its pretty hardcore evidence, statements made by family.

Mr. Marino. Just thought you would like to know. Our borough fathers decided to treat themselves and all their appointed co-horts to a free lobster, shrimp clam, chicken, and all the booze you want gala at Maier`s grove last friday night, all at us Kutztown taxpayers expense. Must be using all the money they save on hometownutilicom fees.
Youy have to be kidding me? I did not see that flyer announcing a picnic paid for with Boro funds with all that other BS literature they sent with our last bills. All for one and one for all. Or should I say ALL for themselves? VOTE them ALL out in the upcoming elections.
Hell, Mr. Marino NEVER even did ANYTHING like that. And to top it off, with BOOZE yet! We should all be proud of them-NOT!
Are you kidding me? Twenty Thousand Dollars!!! Terrorism??? First, one can go to best buy and buy a state of the art security camera system for no more than a few thousand dollars. Second, terrorism is a joke, the Kutztown borough have been watching to much of the t.v. show 24. This is not their money its the tax payers and with the outrageous electricity and water bills I guarantee the borough residents would rather have that money in their pockets, apparently there is not a recession at Kutztown Borough Hall.
