Isn't it amazing that revenue increased almost $2 million and expenses increased over $3 million in one year. It is especially amazing since the Borough does not employ a degreed accountant or retain a CPA. Why not ask your favorite friendly Elected Official who is in charge of the Borough's books and records.
Notice that the 2008 figures are still Budget amounts which are estimates 11 months after year's end.

What does Budget mean? according to Web Defnitions a budget is The amount of money or resources earmarked for a particular institution, activity or time-frame; An itemized summary of intended expenditure.
Once again, what is your point? what are you trying to say?
You botched up the Fund Accounting of Revenue and Expense reporting so how do you expect anyone to understand what point you are trying to make?
Just go to the Borough Hall or the Borough website and you will see my numbers are correct and that the Borough is BROKE and the spending goes on. All the statistics are from Borough reports. I go to the Borough Hall and check the budget and every one knows me but I give my name anyway. You no names do not dispute what I say because you can not read the Budget. Long & Barrell only check the funds moving into and out of the Borough. In fact Long & Barrell's audit is a Commonwealth mandatory annual audit. They charge up to $29,000 for an audit in which they copy the Borough's falsified numbers. By the way budget figures are estimates. Please tell me who in the Borough Hall is capable o estimating costs.
I am not hiding and I am here to stay. Please contact me for an appointment and I will meet you at the Borough Hall and explain the budget to you. In fact bring the Treasurer with you so I can explain it to him too. It is only arithmetic and not algebra or higher mathematics.
