Agenda Update 11-17-09
The Agenda for the 11-17-09 Council Meeting was made public the day of the meeting. It was made public late because the Council did not want to disclose that the Borough was going to adopt the 2010 real estate rates, amend the electric rates for 2010 and pay Long & Barrell (not to exceed) $29,000 for the 2009 Annual Audit. The Agenda also stated the Borough is going to increase the number of new employees.
More proof that HU loses about $1 million a year is the electric rates and Real Estate Taxes are going up. Now we will wait a month and a half to see the minutes of the meeting. Sincerely, Jerry

Genny,
I thought you were moving to Reading?
Simpleton question, since you claim HU is losing $1M per year where is this loss hidden? According to you, HU has lost over $10M how is it possible to hide something like that?
You are an envious pathetic empty shell of a ma??? who needs to seek out GOD and ask forgiveness!! It's not too late.
Let's see the 400 block of Main Street Hmmm, isn't the College located next to or near this area? No can't be student housing. No College would have student Housing located so close to their University. RIGHT!!
You living so close to these young student girls has nothing to do with you choosing NOT TO MOVE, does it Genny? then again, its easier to invite them over to VIEW YOUR FINANCIALS!!!
RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Marino Baby,
Keith Hill still has your number. He won you lost, His legacy (HU) lives on.
Too bad the rest of the pathetic town failed to recognize his foresight.
You envy him, that's why you continue to bash HU. When will you realize you are 1/2 the man he is and he made you look pathetic.
I left when you were Mayor and thank God I did. What good have you done for Kutztown and its residents?
Looks as though someone is trying to stir the pot bringing back the name Keith Hill.
One fact speaks for itself, Hometown continues to live overcoming and rising above the negative political bullshit brought on by idiotic individuals, including Council Members with 'personal, political agendas' and then there's the Mayor.
Why, since Jim Schwoyer has the Office of the Mayor (a real Mayor)been such a disgrace?
Mr. Marino: In your comment of Nov. 17th you state you do not have to prove anything you say about the borough, but when folks throw accusations your way, you demand proof. Who the hell do you think you are? Answer once and for all showing evidence of your slanderous attacks against the borough and council persons! Could it be you have no proof?
To Robert Leiby et.al: Marino has no proof of anything. This is just what he does to stir the pot. If he had any proof he would have posted it long ago. In fact, he would probably keep on posting it every week. So there you have it. He is just a trouble maker and instigator, unworthy of any ones time, or attention. His hole keeps getting bigger.
Burden of Proof.
Marino states the Borough must prove him wrong.
You can tell from this that Marino has been watching to many Perry Mason re-runs. The "defendant" in this case the Borough does not have the burden of proof as Marino states.
Marino is responsible to make his case. It is obvious over all these years that he cannot produce a single document to support his claims.
If he could, you can bet it would be in the paper, copied on this rag, distributed to the entire town and the District Attorney, FBI, CIA and Boy Scouts would be all over this. PROBLEM IS, MARINO HAS NOTHING TO USE TO SUPPORT HIS CLAIMS.
Mr Marino's persona that he is some glorified authority is a joke.
And to all, A GOOD NIGHT!
Would you believe the Borough of Kutztown charges the Kutztown Library 5% to process their payroll? More funds for Hometown Utilicom or just desperate for revenue?
one bit. How many people could possibly be on the library payroll?
Mr. Marino: Where`s the proof? Inquiring minds want to know.
Hey Marino - Happy Thanksgiving, you big T U R K E Y!
Marino ... Remember what Eric Ely used to say to you during your rages and incomprehensible rantings at council meetings? Just because you say it`s so, doesn`t make it so! That still applies. Put up or shut up!
