how can the kutztown council possibly argue that they dont have to comply with an open records request without looking like they have something to hide?
can anyone answer that without employing more 8th grade ad hominem bullsh*t? i doubt it.
"Pennsylvania Office of Open Records has already decided the Borough should produce the records requested.
