Dear Sir,
This is a follow up of my letter to you dated March 6, 2011 which included a copy of my electric bill for the month of February showing the Service Fee I complained about as SERVICE FEE $9.15 and this month’s bill March (enclosed) as NET MONTHLY RATE MINIMUM $9.74.
As I stated in my previous letter, “in the past this Service Fee has been called Net Rate Minimum and KW Usage”. The Borough is deceiving its customers by not only changing the terminology. It is also changing the amount from $9.15 to $9.74.
Aren’t the subscribers of the Borough entitled to a Council vote and a notice of title change and amount? Is the Borough trying to circumvent my complaint to you?

Did you first see that? If you you have a problem figuring things out, you might try asking for an explaination.
I've been asking for explanations for 8 years and even the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records could not get an explanation. Read my Post of February 27, 2011 which is a letter to the Mayor and the Borough Council in which I state they are lying and squandering taxpayer money and Borough Solicitor Mooney lied in Court with their approval. You should know all about being deceitful. It`s what you do best. Are the citizens of Kutztown aware that according to law, you can call any elected official or their appointees liars, or just about any other nasty name and not be held accountable? I ask you once again, show us proof of your allegations. YOU WILL NOT COMPLY! You are a spiteful little man without friends or family. GO AWAY!!!!!
I never had a problem getting an explanation, when I ask. I think you just want to cause trouble, for some reason.

Dear Jerry. Instead of bombarding anyone who "might", read or "might" listen to your world war 2 type air drops of propaganda, show us some proof of your allegations against the borough, otherwise, CAN IT!
Isn't it strange that all of the nameless people who defend the Borough of Kutztown and its Elected Officials do not specifically address my accusations, but attack me personally. I can take it. Again I repeat the Borough is falsifying the Budget, publishing fraudulent financial reports and altering fremen reports. Do I make myself clear? What don't you understand?

I agree with Mr. Moyer. Do you have anything to back your statements? Please show us so we can determine for ourselves the borough`s liability.

I too agree with Moyer. You have not shown any evidence to back up what you say about the borough. Your credibility in that area is suspect to say the least.
