Dear Deputy Attorney General,
This is an up date of my letter to you dated June 1, 2009. My latest observation is that the Contractor Blonder Tongue Laboratories Inc. is installing the up date to the Borough’s head end without a contract. As you know Blonder was illegally awarded a contract for material and equipment to up date our head end for a price of almost $15,000 more than the competitive bid of Advance Media Technology. The bid and contract did not include installation and testing. As of 9:30 AM (June 3, 2009) Blonder Tongue Laboratories Inc. is on the site installing the up date without a contract, a price or any details. I personally pointed this out to Borough Council President Malcolm Eidle and his comments were I am sick and tired of this. And that I have cost the Borough a lot of money for legal fees. I stated the legal fees were incurred by the Borough for illegally mishandling a contract of $119,511.87. I also made Borough Manager\Treasurer Khalife aware of the situation.
This is the culmination of all the schemes and lies by Borough Officials that I have pointed out in my letters to you. This action is an open and willful violation of the Borough Code and the Public Trust and points out the Borough’s complete disregard of the law and the rules of decency.
All my allegations and charges are all based on Borough Documents and Correspondence which I have in my possession and at your disposal. The Borough should be investigated, held libel and punished for all their wrongdoings. Thank you.

The State of Pennsylvania Open Records Department has DENIED Mr Marino's accusations.
Funny Mr Marino does not have the balls to post the DENIAL LETTER!

The Borough was forced to give me all the information I requested by the Office of Open Records. The Borough did not have to give me the Blonder Contract because it does not exist. They gave me the bid document which you stated is a contract. I forwarded it all to the Attorney General and I copied the Borough with my letter. I know who you are. Why don't you let every one know you are a Borough Official? Why don't you post the so called denial. You received it today. Please note I am here to stay and you will eventually be exposed as I have called you many times a liar. On top of that you do not have the courage to stand behind your comments. I agree with Mr. Leiby. Please tell us who the lying scoundrel is. This borough official should be exposed for the liar he or she is. I have had enough of their crap, and now to top it all off they are going to increase the rate for utilicom services which stink to begin with. We need your help. We look to you for guidance.

I totally agree with GH. Marino has no clue, and as usual, he is just blowing smoke. I hope you few Marino fans out there finally catch on. He has no answer, he will not supply a comment. He will act as if none of these challenging comments were ever posted.
I write the Attorney General, accuse the Borough of falsifying the Budget, publishing fraudulent reports, altering time sheets and doing an up dating of $119,511.87 for Hometown Utilicom without a contract and all my detractors want to see is the denial of the accusation. There was no accusation, the Office of Open Records entertains requests and my request to see the contract for the head end was denied because there is no contract. My last post was a letter to the Attorney General accusing the Borough of doing a $119,511.87 project without a contract and Typical Marino Censurship is well aware of this Borough Code violation.
A quote from the denial proves my point that the Borough is doing the up date without a contract. The quote is, "Ms. Bray's attestation that the Borough does not have possession of any additional records is a sufficient legal basis for denying the citizens request. Whether the documents produced by the Borough in response to the Request CAN FUNCTION AS A CONTRACT IS AN ISSUE BEYOND THE PURVIEW OR JURISDICTION OF THE OFFICE OF OPEN RECORDS". As usual the Borough Official is lying. The denial is at the Borough Hall for everyone to see, while you are there ask to see the 2008 Audit which, as per the Borough Code, was to be published April 1, 2009. If it isn't available you can write to the Office of Open Records.
I want to understand this, so excuse my ignorance Mr Marino. The Borough denied your request, you did not like their response so you filed an appeal and that was DENIED and you claim you did it to support your claim?
You wasted tax payer money to have the state provide you an answer you already had?

Why don't you expose the Borough Official? What's your hold up? Why are you afraid? You make statements and then you cowar away from proving what you say when asked.
Mr Marino. Were you denied or not? Are you censuring? You say a Borough Official posted that your open records request was denied, You had no problem posting your request on your blog. So you are saying the poster that is telling everyone that you were denied is lying? If this is the case expose that person for making false statements.
Yet you say go to to Borough Hall and request a copy. I plan on doing just that, if I receive a copy I will be back on this blog exposing you as the fraud and liar.

I am confused you responded that you appealed to prove a point, so what is the status of the appeal? Denied or not? You say someone is lying and your proof is in not publishing the denial?

For all of the no names and cowards that do not know how to read the Office of Open Records stated that the Borough did not have to give me the contract because there is no contract. How can Blonder be doing the job without a contract but they are. For the record again, for all you no names and identity thieves all of the Borough Officials are lying about this Blonder Purchase Order and Contract that does not exist. Oh ye of little faith. I told all of you that Jerry was bluffing. Now you can see he is a coward. Don`t think for one minute that if he knew who the borough official was, he would say so. And, even when we sign our names, he pretends not to notice. And, if any of you readers were accused of having a dishonorable military discharge, what would you do? It would be very simple to post a discharge copy to his blog, if he had one!
Its Monday June 8 at 7PM. For all you Borough Council supporters go to Hometownu Channel 2 and WATCH the council meeting. The key word here is WATCH as they continue their slogan of Silence is Golden. No sound so donot to expect to learn anything that is going on unless you can tell by just watching and hearing nothing.
Gary Hasenauer you state in your comment to my May 12, 2009 Blog that I have your true name and address. I do have it and you are the Borough official who continues to lie about Hometown Utilicom and and distort the Borough's Finances. You are well aware and are part of the rigged bid and cover up of the Blonder bid. The work was completed without a contract and you are part of it. I will not reveal your identity because I am not a stool pigeon or a snitch. That's the way it was in Corona, Queens New York where I grew up.
By the way my Honorable Discharge and my Engineering Degree are available at my house at 409 West Main Street for your personal review. Just ring my bell or check to see if I am on my veranda or polishing my 1990 Red Corvette Convertble with 27,000 miles on it.

You are the same person who reported the borough to the ALCU some years ago, crying to them that our rights were violated because the borough would not permit a halloween parade.
