award the bid at the June Council meeting. Passed by unanimous vote.
A motion was made by Mr. Snyder, seconded by Mr. Schlegel, Resolved, To
authorize the appropriate Borough officials to execute a three-year Service Purchase
Contract with Kutztown University for the maintenance of university traffic signals
located on College Boulevard and Main Street. Passed by unanimous vote.
Under Personnel Committee, the Executive session to discuss a non uniformed
personnel matter was deferred to the end of the meeting.

Under Finance, Electric and Telecommunications Committee, a motion was made
by Mr. Seyler, seconded by Mr. Gangewere, Resolved, To award Options 1 and 2 of the
bid for upgrading current head-end components from an analogue head-end to an analog
and digital head-end to Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc., Old Bridge, New Jersey, in
the total bid amount of$1 19,51 1.87. Passed by unanimous vote.
Off-agenda, a motion was made by Mr. Seyler, seconded by Mr. Gangewere,
Resolved, To authorize the Borough staff to prepare and to advertise an Ordinance
amending the Kutztown Code, so as to remove the fees for telecommunications services
from Chapter A231. Passed by unanimous vote.
A motion was made by Mr. Snyder, seconded by Mr. Schlegel, Resolved, To
approve an EAC annual budget allotment of $500.00. Passed by unanimous vote.
A motion was made by Mr. Seyler, seconded by Mr. Gangewere, Resolved, To
install the MIRA board to the AMR system, replacing SCE equipment at the substation.
Passed by unanimous vote.

Despite all the noise you make, no one from the borough is paying any attention. In fact, not ONE person attending any council meeting has ever asked of them to explain your accusations. Don`t you find that strange? All these so called "friends" you say are behind you, are not convinced enough to back up your assertions. Are you going to try and make everyone believe that these "persons" are afraid of being ridiculed if they speak to council on your behalf? That will not fly either. I anxiously await your reply. RK

If indeed there is such a person as RK, not one listed in the local phone book, Why don't you go a council meeting and find the answers. We will all get to see you on TV and know that you are really who you say you are.
Residents already know they will not be ridiculed by council for speaking on Jerrys behalf but some kind of retaliation will quietly take place against them.
You must at least be new in town or you would be signing as anonymous like the rest of us who have learned that is the smart thing to do in this Borough.
Jerry and Anonymous say it all. The boro poster on here hides and so do others for fear of retaliation. Nevertheless, at least the truth is spoken by Jerry and us not afraid to speak or show our points of view. Maybe we all need to attend a council meeting and bring it all out in a civil manner. But then again, we all know the boro does not even operate ina civil manner. It is more like cover up and pull the wool over the residents eyes.
Marino: According to you, it seems to me that anyone who signs their name to a comment is either an identity thief, or does not exist. How convenient for you to dismiss us so easily. Well, just like you, we are not going away either, and please remind us of when you intend to repay the hundreds of thousand of dollars that you caused the taxpayers of Kutztown with your silly law suits, and increased liability insurance premium increases. R.K. You are usung a name other than your own which means you stole someone else's identity which makes you an idetity thief. I have never brought a law suit against the Borough or even taken the Borough to court. The Borough is spending money to defend themselves against my charges and accusations which are very true and real. The last time I looked the Borough Solicitors billed the Borough more than $120,000 for a year. Don't forget I state that Telecom loses about $1 million a year and the Borough does not dispute this or respond in any way to my, TELECOM LOSES ABOUT $1 MILLION A YEAR. Why doesn't any one post a comment disputing my statement and state the profit or loss of Telecom? Thanks R.K. or whoever you are.

Mr. Marino: It is you who is the identity thief. You are a wolf in sheep`s clothing. You pretend to be a concerned citizen, when in actuality you are only a poor misguided sole looking for imaginary revenge. If you had any guts at all, you would raise your objections and accusations at a council meeting. But no, you would rather hide behind a blog where one can say anything without fear of retribution. Please tell us why you will not take your gripes and concerns directly to council meeting where everything will be seen and heard on live TV. RK
I agree with Mr. Keim. Your charges against the borough and their solicitor are very serious, bordering on slander if unprovable. If you took your accusations to a borough council meeting you would get your chance to show everyone the truth or untruths if your accusations. You would also be able to accuse them and their solicitor to their faces. Anyone with a dvd or vcr can tape the televised meeting, and keep it for future reference.
I state that the Borough is falsifying the budget, publishing fraudulent reports altering foremen report,etc. Why do I have to go to the Council Meeting to say it? I am saying it fr the record. Why are you defending the Borough when the Borough does not defend themselves? When I was the Mayor I was taken to Borough friendly Judge Jeffrey Schmehl's Court 3 times to silence me, remove the Borough Logo from my website, stop me from speaking to Borough employees and barred me from Borough facilities. Why should they let me speak now? One anonymous comment states that my charges against the Borough and Borough Solicitors are serious. You better believe they are serious. Why don't you go and explain them to the Borough elected officials and the Borough Solicitors?
My last post accuses the Borough of awarding $119,511.87 to a contractor without a contract. The post is backed up with proof of no contract.
Commenters please read and address my posts, are they true or not? I would like to remind you all that I have made my charges to the Borough Officials to their faces many times in the past.

Jerry: I strongly disagree. They have to let you speak. Just invite a reporter from the Reading Eagle to go with you to council meting. I would like to see them shut you down with a news person in the audience. This would be the one way you could really hang them out to dry. Please do this to shut up he nay sayers. Thank you.
